Production Expansion Nearing Completion
Our new 5,000 m² production facility is nearly ready and will be operational this autumn. With this increased capacity, we’re strengthening our manufacturing of cooling units and heat pumps – an important step in meeting the growing demand for energy-efficient solutions.
We have also acquired an adjacent property, opening up further opportunities for expansion.

Double Success at ISH 2025!
Never before have so many visitors filled the exhibition halls in Frankfurt during the world’s leading trade fair for water, energy, and indoor climate.
This was clearly reflected in our booth as well. We welcomed more visitors than ever before and had many valuable conversations. Key themes included energy efficiency, Easy Access, and flexible sizing of ventilation systems – topics that are shaping the future of our industry.
A Result That Exceeded Expectations
When Emilshus replaced an older ventilation unit in the Skomakaren block, the projected energy savings were estimated at 85,000 kWh per year.

Stronger Presence in the Netherlands
This spring, IV Produkt entered a partnership with Auerhaan Klimaattechniek, a well-established player in climate technology in the Netherlands. The collaboration strengthens IV Produkt’s position in the Dutch market and marks an important step in the company’s international expansion.
With over 30 years of experience and a strong local presence, Auerhaan will be responsible for sales and technical support of IV Produkt’s units in the Netherlands. Together, we combine their local market knowledge with our expertise in developing and manufacturing environmentally friendly and energy-efficient air handling units – to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
