Activation of Multi-Factor Authentication in IV Produkt Cloud
The 25th of August, multi-factor authentication will be activated on IV Produkt Cloud for all users. This is an important security improvement that protects your login from unauthorized access.
Multi-factor authentication means that, in addition to your password, you need a one-time code from an app on your mobile phone to log in. This protects your account – even if your password is stolen.
What changes will you experience?
To log into IV Produkt Cloud after multi-factor authentication has been activated, you need a personal account. This means that it will no longer be possible to share login information with others.
You log in by following three simple steps:
1: Enter your email address./p>
2: Enter your password.
3: Enter a one-time code from an authenticator app on your mobile phone.
Which app should I use?
We recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator app, which is free and easy to get started with. You just need to install the app on your mobile phone – then follow our guide in IV Produkt Cloud.
