Library, Deichman | Björvika, Oslo
At Oslo’s main library, a well-adapted air handling system is required for the large number of visitors. Temperature and moisture levels must be able to be adjusted precisely, in order to conserve the books.
22 Flexomix air handling units have been installed, with a total airflow of 42 m3/s. All have a minimum of 85 % temperature efficiency, rotary heat exchangers and an average SFP value of under 1.5.
Lovely location by the Oslo Fjord
GK Norway were in charge of the installation. The building is owned by Oslobygg KF. Norway’s largest public library is a signature building with a beautiful view of the Oslo Fjord, right in the refurbished Björvika neighborhood. There is also other architecture here, for example the Munch Museum and the Opera House.

IV Produkt has delivered 22 Flexomix units to the Deichman library in Björvika.
